Easy returns and exchanges 
1. Orders once created cannot be cancelled.
2. As a company policy, items purchased in sale/promotion are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY EXCHANGES / RETURNS.

4. Any existing bliss points can be redeemed on purchase of sale products.
