What is your exchange policy for online purchases?
At Mulmul, we are pleased to offer exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 15 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. You have to self ship the received products to us or you can bring it to our Studio in Chhatarpur, Delhi and once it qualifies our QC we shall generate your replacement order.

  • If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
    - Order number
    - Delivery address
    - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
