What is your exchange policy for online purchases?

 

At Mulmul, we are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 15 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

One of our Customer Care team members will be happy to assist you through this process. You can contact them by email at orders@shopmulmul.com or by phone at 9810220059 with the following information - 

- Order number 

- Delivery address 

- Specify the reason for exchange.

- You have to self ship the product or you can bring it at our Chhatarpur Studio

 

What is your return policy for online purchases?

  • If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information: 

- Order number 

- Delivery address 

- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item 

 You have to self ship the product or you can bring it at our Chhatarpur Studio

We are not liable for any Returns / Exchange that we were not notified about first.
